- Franchise right: $30,000
Franchise rights include usage of the trademark, initial training, support on commercial space selection, store layout, and understanding of the Dimension business model.
- Royalties: 3% of revenues
Royalties are paid to Dimension JMM Inc. to cover ongoing support to Dimension franchises. This support includes individual support, online presence, development of new products and services, ongoing improvement of management tools, and quarterly meetings.
- Alice license: $10,000
It is owed to SE2, developer of the POS and related web applications, i.e. online store and eBay store. This tool allows you to gain online exposure and sell your inventory to a much larger customer base. Alice will help you manage your daily operations, sales, orders, renting operations, inventory, and customer database.
- Local advertisement: 1% of revenues
You must locally reinvest at least 1% of your revenues in advertisement to stimulate the demand in your area. You will have to manage it locally. Dimension JMM can help you develop an annual advertisement program.
- Working capital: $25,000 to $50,000
It must be invested in the business when good opportunities present themselves. It will also serve to increase your inventory in the first few months of operation.
- Global advertisement: 1% of revenues
Besides local franchises' marketing efforts, the Franchisor manages a global advertisement budget aimed at providing national exposure to the brand and increasing the brand's notoriety.
- Fixed assets: $70,000 to $85,000
Drawing on its experience, the Franchisor has managed to optimize its store construction process and negotiate the best agreements with distributors and manufacturers. This amount will cover all the assets, such as leasehold improvements, furniture, and try-out room equipments.
- Inventory and renting system: $25,000 to $55,000
